Below you will find examples of the most popular nutrition packages I offer. These are by no means exhaustive and we can design a package that is bespoke to you, aligning with your goals.

Nutrition refresher appointment

An initial, 45 minute consultation with a brief written plan. Well suited to those who need some guidance, but are largely self-sufficient.

Follow-up appointments can of course be booked ad-hoc. 

Initial consultation (75 mins)

  • Analysis of your 3-day food diary.

  • Unique exercise "Nutrition in your life"

  • In-depth discussion and goal setting.

  • Full written plan

  • Check-in call/message a few days after our appointment. 

8-week plan

This plan includes an initial consultation (75 mins)​

  • Analysis of your 3-day food diary.

  • Unique exercise "Nutrition in your life"

  • In-depth discussion and goal setting.

  • Full written plan

  • Check-in call/message a few days after our appointment. 

Weeks 2-8 include a weekly 30-minute check in call to discuss your progress, make any amendments to your plan and decide on next steps. 

12-week plan

This plan includes an initial consultation (75 mins)​
