Work with your body, not against it.
All consultations and packages are available online, or face-to-face at two locations in Surrey.
To prepare for your first appointment, I'll ask you to complete a 3-day food and activity diary which we can use to gain further insight into where food fits into your life.
We will reflect on your relationship with food today and longer-term. These reflections can be surprising, enlightening, even sometimes emotional and form an essential part of the goals we will set together.
I will never encourage restrictive diets, calorie counting or obsessing over macros.
Through my 8 or 12-week packages, we will have in-depth discussions, weekly catch-up calls and I will write you a personalised plan, based around your goals, to keep your motivation high.
