Nutrition Workshops

Throughout the year, I offer small-group workshops on a variety of nutrition-based themes. Recently these have included Nutrition for Immunity and Eat to Beat SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). 

In 2026, I plan to offer the following talks at various locations in Surrey and West Sussex, as well as online:
 

  • 30 plants a week

  • Plant-based/sustainable diets and health

  • Gut health and the microbiome

  • Nutrition and brain health

  • Healthy ageing and longevity

Nutrition Training for Sports Coaches

A solid foundational knowledge of nutrition is essential for sports and fitness coaches looking to get the best out of the people they train. 

If you are a sports/ fitness coach, or a head coach looking to develop your teams' knowledge of nutrition, my one-hour workshop:

 "Why Nutrition Matters: an introduction for sports coaches"

 

It can be delivered face-to-face (location dependent), or online (live or pre-recorded). 

The workshop covers: 

  • Basics of nutrition in sport (the macro-nutrients and how the body uses them)

  • Hydration

  • I'm coaching a sport, why is nutrition relevant? 

  • Eating before, during and after exercise

  • How does your own nutrition affect your performance as a coach?
